The fastest way to reach us is email: margot@berryedit.com. A real person reads every message, usually within two business days.

What we read first

• Corrections. If a number on this site contradicts a brand's published spec sheet, we want to know. Corrections are fixed at the article and noted with an updated date.
• Product and formula questions. Concentration, pH, usage order — the things the label should have explained.
• Feedback on the guides. What's missing, what's unclear, what you'd want compared next.

What we don't do

• We don't publish sponsored posts or paid reviews. If a brand sends a product, we say so in the entry or we don't cover it.
• We don't accept guest posts that link to commercial sites.

For how recommendations are actually selected and paid links are labeled, read How We Assess and our Affiliate Disclosure.
